In this hands-on class with Chef Stephanie, you will learn how to prepare a four-course menu using the freshest truffles sourced from around the world while also learning about the origins of this luxury ingredient.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to creating in this class include delicate truffle eggs mimosa, handcrafted ravioli filled with truffle ricotta and bathed in a browned butter sage sauce, toasted gnocchi with a luscious truffle cream sauce, and homemade gelato taken to the next level with the sweet earthiness of truffle honey.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After years of developing recipes and food blogging for the James Beard award-winning website The Kitchn, Stephanie started her blog City Cookin’ where she focused on re-creating top NYC restaurant dishes. When friends and family kept asking her to share her tasty recipes and techniques, Steph made her passion her profession. Chef Stephanie is looking forward to give students tips and techniques to make restaurant-style dishes at home.
