Chef Joni is ready to provide you with a light but satisfying menu that will leave your taste buds tingling!

In this class, you will learn how to prepare a three-course meal utilizing ingredients that are seasonally available. A chilled cucumber soup will give your palate a refreshing feel as you begin your culinary evening. From there, Chef Joni will guide you through the techniques to prepare a beet and tangerine salad peppered with cucumber and arugula, crab cakes with capers, and a very refreshing raspberry lime freeze for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Joni was so kind. She made her cooking and journey of becoming a chef very relatable. Her home was lovely and I would have loved to take a class from her. It was very apparent that she is well versed in may genres of cooking. It was very cool to her about her oversea culinary experiences.

I attended Joni's Valentines Cooking dinner and it was so much fun!!! She welcomed us into her home and offered apps before we got started. The food she had us make was skillfully prepared so that we can all do the final touches on each dish. It was so much fun to make all the different parts of the meal with the other attendees. My fiancé wishes I cooked like that EVERY night. Haha The food was all top notch! I can not wait for another Cooking with Joni evening!! A++++++

Delicious Recipe: take 1 cup of knowledge, 1/2 cup of hands on learning, fresh ingredients and an optional glass of wine for a perfect recipe for fun! We made 6 different, simple yet delicious appetizers with Joni's guidance. Her varied courses are sure to appeal to any palate to make your class memorable and truly delicious. A great bargain for a fun evening with old friends, new friends or your family. Sign up early because her groups are intimate with active participation...you will love it!

We did a group cooking class with Joni last week and absolutely loved it! She let us help design the menu we wanted to learn to cook and when we arrived she had everything set up beautifully! The cooking process was a ton of fun and very informative. Joni is an excellent chef and a wonderful teacher! At the end of the cooking portion of our class got to sit down and enjoy our work, which turned out amazing! We can't wait to come back and learn to cook something else!!
