Chef Daniel will showcase an incredible three-course breakfast/lunch hybrid that will reinforce your love of all things brunch!
In this class, you'll have the opportunity to prepare sweet and savory recipes that are centered around the breakfast/lunch combination meal. Take brunch to an entirely new (and sophisticated) level beginning with a frittata peppered with caramelized onions, potatoes and fresh herbs, followed by a spicy and tangy shakshuka full of mouthwatering aromas and flavors. Finish the class with a Monte Cristo bursting with complimentary sweet and savory ingredients.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After graduating culinary school and completing an immersive internship in Italian culture and cuisine in Umbria, Chef Daniel landed a job as a sous chef where he was able to learn from and partner with Iron Chef Jose Garces. For the past five years, Chef Daniel has been the go-to chef for six eateries that are part of a restaurant group that has helped transform a once desolate neighborhood into a modern and trendy village.
