In this hands-on class with Chef Josh, you will learn how to prepare a three-course vegan comfort food menu using fresh, local ingredients and traditional Indian cooking techniques.

You'll start by frying up pakora — one of the most popular Indian snacks. Then, you'll learn how to prepare navratan korma using nine different seasonal vegetables, fruits, and nuts to represent the navratan (nine gems). For dessert, you'll learn to prepare a classic Indian sweet: carrot halwa.

Josh was an awesome host. The process was hands on and interactive. It’s obvious that Josh has a passion for culinary and enjoys helping others to get out of their comfort zone with cooking. We felt right at home from the minute we walked in. I’d recommend Josh’s cooking class to the beginner, or the expert!
