Cooking Class - Journey Through Brazil
$ 119 Per person
all-inclusive: 2.5-hour class, 3-course meal.
Journey from the city of São Paulo to the beaches of Salvador with Chef Zach.
In this hands-on class with Chef Zach, you will journey through Brazil and go beyond the steakhouse as you discover how to prepare some of the best dishes the country has to offer.
You will start with an addictive — and gluten-free! — Brazilian cheese bread. Then, you'll practice your knife skills as you cut kale to sauté to perfection. Chef Zach will then transport your taste buds to the beach with a traditional tropical stew or surprise your palette with a creamy Brazilian twist on chicken stroganoff. You’ll end your evening with the best dessert in the country: chocolate brigadeiros.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
