We loved our cooking experience with Chef Zach!

We had such an awesome time with Chef Zach for the Regional French Fare cooking class. Our group of friends had 1 gluten allergy and 1 nut allergy, he was so accommodating for them without making a big deal of it. He made the birthday girl feel special, made surprise goodies like GF macarons just for us! We laughed and learned so much. Thanks Chef Zach! We all said after that we would definitely book again!

Chef Zach made the class so much fun! His personality really made him an excellent leader. He knows how to teach a group of people while also giving so much individualized attention. He was very personable and taught us proper cooking techniques while also teaching us the history of where the dishes came from. The whole experience was amazing and memorable and we will definitely take another cooking class with Chef Zach again!

The food was amazing and Zach taught us some many help hints to upscale out at home cooking experience. Can’t wait to make these recipes at home!

Chef Zach was INCREDIBLE! My boyfriend and I ended up having a private cooking session, and we had such a great date night. Not only was the food delicious, but Zach was super knowledgeable and taught us about the origins of the recipe as well as ways to best recreate the meal (because we most definitely will). Zach went above and beyond, curating a French bistro environment to match our French meal, and was such a pleasure to chat with during our time together. Would 10/10 recommend booking a meal with Zach, you won't be disappointed!!
