In this hands-on class with Chef Rob, you will learn the fundamental skills needed to prepare a seafood-centric four-course menu beginning with how to purchase and store your seafood and how to properly prepare it.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include mussels with white wine and garlic that are quick-cooking and party friendly, wonderfully briny oysters prepared three ways with spinach, red wine vinegar, and bacon, and a show-stopping salmon entrГ©e sided by fresh asparagus and chewy, flavorful farro.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Rob taught me some traditional French cooking skills as well as cooking skills that are so useful to know for daily cooking. Chef Rob demonstrated how to make Hollandaise sauce step by step, and I finally got how to make it right. Chef Rob taught me not only how to cook, but also why I need to follow certain steps while cooking. I highly recommend taking classes offered by Chef Rob!
