Chef Rob taught me some traditional French cooking skills as well as cooking skills that are so useful to know for daily cooking. Chef Rob demonstrated how to make Hollandaise sauce step by step, and I finally got how to make it right. Chef Rob taught me not only how to cook, but also why I need to follow certain steps while cooking. I highly recommend taking classes offered by Chef Rob!
