After earning a degree in culinary management from the Art Institute of Tampa, Chef John went on to gain more than 10 years of professional culinary experience in a variety of restaurants and kitchens. His most recent endeavors include working in renowned restaurant kitchens situated in multiple four- and five-star Las Vegas hotels as well as designing and instructing an array of fun and exciting cooking classes!

I enjoyed my time with Chef John. He was very pleasant, patient, and great at his craft. I enjoyed watching him demonstrate how to gently bathe scallops in butter. I was also amazed and how simple it is to make key lime pie but the best part about Chef John is how well balanced the flavors are together. I'd call him the zen of chefs - grounded and well balanced. No one ingredient overpowered the other rather they each complimented each other whether it be the cauliflower puree and scallops or the salmon with the root vegetables and pinot noir reduction.
