In this hands-on class with Chef John, you will learn how to prepare a fun and fresh four-course menu featuring dishes that are flavorful, satisfying, and perfect for dinner any night of the week.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a chicken Caesar salad with homemade garlic croutons, perfectly cooked and seasoned garlic butter shrimp, creamy Alfredo sauce from scratch, portobello gravy, juicy and tender airline chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, and pumpkin bars with cream cheese frosting.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I enjoyed my time with Chef John. He was very pleasant, patient, and great at his craft. I enjoyed watching him demonstrate how to gently bathe scallops in butter. I was also amazed and how simple it is to make key lime pie but the best part about Chef John is how well balanced the flavors are together. I'd call him the zen of chefs - grounded and well balanced. No one ingredient overpowered the other rather they each complimented each other whether it be the cauliflower puree and scallops or the salmon with the root vegetables and pinot noir reduction.
