Start the night off with spicy miso soup you will prepare using authentic Japanese ingredients. Learn more about sushi than you ever thought possible as you create and roll maki using tuna, cucumber, avocado and shrimp tempura, and learn how to craft shrimp nigiri in traditional fashion. Sharpen your knife skills as you plate your dishes to perfection.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef John’s Sushi class was a gift to my husband for my his birthday and it didn’t disappoint. Chef was timely, very engaging, knowledgable and just a fun energetic guy. We had quite a memorable evening. Thank you Chef John for the 5 star experience.
