Join Chef Joaselyn for a spectacular culinary experience as you create Spanish tapas that are amazing yet simple.

In this class, you will go beyond the traditional cold cuts, olives, and cheese tapas board, and expand your culinary horizons as you prepare Spanish tapas favorites, like patatas bravas with garlic aioli, gambas al ajillo, and pinchos de carne con salsa verde. Fresh ingredients will make each bite pop, and you'll learn how to incorporate spices for a flavorsome international flair. They may be small plates, but the flavor is big!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Joaselyn was awesome! My boyfriend and I had such a fun time cooking and playing with her super cute dog. She took the time and taught us how to do Everything. This was necessary because we were very much beginnners. The menu was perfect and it was such a great date night. Thank you, Joaselyn!!

I set up a booking with Joaselyn for my girlfriend and I on her birthday and WOW we were both so impressed and thrilled by the experience. Joaselyn is not just an excellent cook, but a great teacher and really fun person to talk to. Her space was beautiful with excellent views of the city and Joaselyn made us feel at home right away. The menu was ambitious without being overwhelming, and we got started immediately - it was so wonderful to be able to participate and learn how to create a beautiful and delicious meal from scratch! We're excited to make try these dishes at home. Cannot recommend enough. 11/10, would book again.

My wife and I had a great time at the "Tantalizing Tapas” cooking class organized by Cozymeal. Our chef, Joaselyn, made our evening’s experience absolutely fun and enjoyable. We learned that we could make an array of delicious tapas by simply selecting some easy-to-get ingredients and preparing them the right way. Our cooking environment was pleasant and Joaselyn was friendly, patient and great to work with. We followed her step-by-step instructions and totally immersed ourselves in preparing and cooking five different tapas. A must-mentioned is Joaselyn’s sauces! They are easy to make and tasted heavenly. The best part of these sauces is that you can apply them to a wide variety of food, may it be vegetables, meats or bread, and they are all yummy! The last part of the class was the easiest one --- my wife and I had a sit-down tapas dinner after our class and thoroughly enjoyed our delightful creations. We will get our recipes for what we learned that evening, and will definitely do this again to learn some more interesting dishes from Joaselyn.
