In this hands-on class with Chef Mark, you will learn how to combine fresh, local ingredients with traditional Italian culinary techniques and epicurean wisdom to create an inspired three-course menu that will transport your taste buds to sun-soaked hillsides of Tuscany.

Superlative, unbelievably fresh ingredients and finely tuned know-how is the name of the game when it comes to Tuscan gastronomy. And while cooking in symbiosis with the land hints that Tuscany's culinary soul might prefer simplicity, it somehow manages to be equally ingenious and sophisticated. Buon appetito!

Chef Mark was awesome. My mother, sister, and I took his Vietnamese cooking class, and we learned a lot about both food culture and technique. It's clear he has a real passion for food and cooking. Highly recommend his class. 5 stars!

Chef Mark was so much fun to work with and also just an all around great person. We learned a lot and the food was absolutely incredible! It was such a unique experience to go into a chef’s home and have an intimate cooking class with my mom and brother. I HIGHLY recommend this as a fun night with a couple friends, family or even a date night! Thank you Chef Mark for a wonderful time!

Chef Mark is an amazing chef and host. Be prepared to laugh while learning how to cook delicious food. His Curried Fruit Couscous and Beef Lettuce Wraps were my favorite. I highly recommend taking his cooking class.
