Discover the beauty of rustic Italian fare in this hands-on culinary experience with Chef Jilah.

In this hands-on class with Chef Jilah, you'll learn how to prepare a rustic three-course Italian meal using simple, in-season ingredients and traditional Italian cooking techniques.

You'll begin by handcrafting your own crusty bread with a bronzed exterior and pillowy soft interior begging to be dipped in a pool of herbed olive oil. Then, you'll brew a batch of hearty Italian soup brimming with turkey sausage, heirloom beans, and seasonal greens stewed in a Parmesan rind-infused broth. And for dessert, a no-churn mascarpone ice cream with salted almonds and caramel.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jilah is a wonderful host and cook. Her home right on the river is a perfect spot for a cooking class. Her Italian Bean Soup is delicious. I recommend taking her cooking class.
