What You’ll Do

Learn how to customize a beautiful bowl of poke with Chef Sharon.

Poke typically involves diced, raw seafood, but Chef Sharon has added a few new and fun ingredient twists for you to try.

In this class, Chef Sharon will showcase these amazing dishes that you can recreate in your own kitchen. Poke is basically a deconstructed version of sushi. It is healthy and easy to customize based on tastes and desires. You will choose the base for your poke bowl, such as rice or zucchini noodles, then add in a variety of flavorsome toppings, such as fresh vegetables, nuts, and sauces. It can even be vegan!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
