This could not have been a lovelier experience. First of all, the photos cannot do justice to the setting—spectacular! The open-air kitchen is a joy to work in: immaculate, charming, completely equipped, very up-to-date. But Marlette herself is the true treat. Not only is she knowledgeable and well-trained, she is patient and encouraging. Although I’ve been cooking for 50+ years, I knew my knife skills needed help. She gently guided me on how to use a knife to finely mince garlic and to prepare mire-poix, improving my knife technique. She is delightful and relaxed. The recipes were very authentic to the region, and allowed me to learn several techniques. I feel convenient I can replicate this beautiful meal on my own. And then you get to sit in this glorious patio garden with the pool and have lunch. And, her price is comparatively quite reasonable, a tremendous value. Her communication is also clear and prompt. I hope to take more classes with Marlette. I highly recommend this incredible experience>

Learned new techniques and cooked wonderfully, then ate everything ourselves with matching wines in a wonderful ambiance. A sweet and knowledgeable hostess who really made us feel at home.

We had a cooking party with a group of friends in France, it was fantastic! Marlette's classes are the perfect blend of informative and fun. She has an amazing energy and a wealth of knowledge to share. You'll always leave with new, unique trics and recipes. The space is beautiful, just like you were hanging out in your friends kitchen. Marlette keeps the classes small so there's plenty of hand-on learning and time to ask questions. Book a class! You won't regret it!

It was very pleasant to learn to cook from Marlette in such a relaxed way. I’ ve learned a lot, for example about using herbs and making nice, healthy meals in a short time. Marlette is a very professional cook and able to transfer her knowledge. I am looking forward to the next course!
