Some of the vegan small plates and recipes you can look forward to creating in this class include a colorful bruschetta orzo pasta salad packed with fresh flavors, crispy blackened tofu sliders with a vibrant asparagus pesto, and vegan fig and cashew ice cream and wild berry compote to pair with your hummingbird cake.

I definitely recommend attending a class with Chef Corey whether or not you follow a vegan diet. His menu was absolutely delicious and he also made it a delightful evening teaching us various cooking techniques. I look forward to taking another class with him soon.

What a wonderful experience! My daughter and I truly enjoyed Chef Corey's class. He is professional and engaging. The laid back atmosphere of the class was delightful. In short, the class far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend any class offered by Chef Corey!

A lot of creativity in the preparation of his dishes, plus a delicious blend of flavors and ingredients made the Chef’s Corey menu a delight to the palate. Started with an exquisite salad with vegetables, fruit and cheese, then I tried the chicken Cast Iron Chalupas with red and green sauce, a little spiced but melted in my mouth. Next was a vegan Tofu and rice dish, since I am not vegan it was tasty and finally the dessert, a banana cake with ice cream that never fails. I just add a coffee or glass of wine. Chef Corey Soberanis it is creative, organized, patience and clear, I highly recommend !!!
