What You’ll Do

Chef Sal will share the secrets to making satisfying and slurp-worthy miso ramen at home.

In this hands-on class, Chef Sal will guide you through the principles of ramen noodle making and teach you how to infuse layers upon layers of flavor into a savory miso broth.

Not only will you learn how to make a truly spectacular and authentic miso ramen bowl from scratch, but also a few traditional Japanese-inspired delicacies such as crispy Brussels sprouts with a Japanese seven-spice blend, savory scallion pancakes that are wonderfully crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and mochi ice cream for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I really enjoyed my time with Chef Salvatore. He is VERY knowledgeable about the ingredients he uses. My favorite dish was the Miso Ramen Bowl with homemade noodles. There were so many flavors and it had a nice kick of spice to it! I can't wait to make this at home!

I attended Chef Sal’s class for sourdough pasta. It was held in a home kitchen that made the experience warm and cozy. I thought the ravioli pasta was the best I have eaten and plan to make it for my family and friends for my next dinner party. Thank you Chef Sal.
