I really enjoyed my time with Chef Salvatore. He is VERY knowledgeable about the ingredients he uses. My favorite dish was the Miso Ramen Bowl with homemade noodles. There were so many flavors and it had a nice kick of spice to it! I can't wait to make this at home!

I attended Chef Sal’s class for sourdough pasta. It was held in a home kitchen that made the experience warm and cozy. I thought the ravioli pasta was the best I have eaten and plan to make it for my family and friends for my next dinner party. Thank you Chef Sal.
