Cooking Class - Magic of Morocco

What You’ll Do

A beautiful Moroccan meal awaits your senses. Learn more with Chef Skiz.

Moroccan cuisine is one of a kind. Join Chef Skiz on a culinary journey to this beautiful region as you prepare authentic Moroccan dishes.

Start your meal off with harira, which is very classic to Moroccan cuisine. It is a zesty, full-bodied tomato soup with chickpeas. From there, you will learn how to prepare your main dish of chicken in the traditional conical tagine — a clay pot that is used to cook food — along with classic couscous. An authentically enchanting dessert will polish it all off.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
