In this hands-on class with Chef Jason, you will learn how to prepare a unique and festive four-course Mexican menu, including homemade tortillas and classic garnishes traditionally enjoyed during Dia de los Muertos celebrations.

Some of the dishes you can look forward to creating include festive tamales, candied pumpkin, and Oaxacan mole. Not only will you be preparing everything from scratch, but Chef Jason will also invite you to explore the symbolism behind each dish and discover the authentic flavors of Mexican festival food.
