Cooking Class - Classic Spanish Supper

What You’ll Do

Learn how to build a Spanish-style supper from tapas to dessert with Chef Lorry.

In this hands-on class, Chef Lorry will teach you the skills and techniques needed to create a Spanish-style supper, including three tasty tapas.

You'll begin by preparing your tapas: wild-caught shrimp slow-cooked in garlic chili oil, olive oil-roasted and fried potatoes with roasted pepper dipping sauce, and house-made bread rubbed with garlic and fresh tomato. For the entree you'll infuse a pork loin with incredible herbs and flavors encased in a salt shell. And for dessert you'll make traditional churros with a velvety chocolate dipping sauce.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had so much fun with Lorry! She came into our home with an amazing personality, witty jokes and a delicious meal plan. Once she realized she was cooking w/ a family, she immediately started teaching our daughters (12 & 14) how to prepare each coarse. We would definitely welcome her into our home again. Thank you, Lorry, for a wonderful evening.

We had a fabulous time with Chef Lorry (and Louis). She was funny, organized, instructive, and so personable! She paid careful attention to teaching and helping our daughters through the meal. And they loved it as much as we did!

Lorry was absolutely fantastic. The kitchen work flowed smoothly from one dish to the next, and we never felt left behind. She had some excellent tips on sharpening knives, roast vegetable arrangement, and chocolate sauce recycling. It was so cool to have her experience in our kitchen. And everything we made tasted delicious!
