In 2014, I started my own business and in 2015 was voted #1 Seattle Personal Chef and one of the Top 5 Best Seattle Wedding Caterers. I then expanded my services from weekly meals to catering and cooking classes. In addition to my culinary work, helping local non-profits like RMHC Seattle, Orphans Africa, and Coats for Kids is another focus of mine.

Chef Joseph was fantastic! Very personable and informative. We had him give us a BBQ class. It was a little hectic here with young children running around, but he kept it all in stride. I would definitely use Chef Joe again!
