What You'll Do

Teammates will collaborate to make an upscale menu with Chef Joseph.

Your team will love working with Chef Joseph to master new culinary techniques and sample local flavors in these gourmet recipes. Guests will craft and enjoy a meal together under this professional chef's guidance.

In this class, teammates will learn how to prepare buttered clams on alfredo toast, and Vietnamese salad with local salmon. Using Uli's famous sausage, guests will make a savory market pasta they'll want to recreate again and again at home. For dessert, teammates will share elegant roasted pears served with Kahlua cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Joseph was fantastic! Very personable and informative. We had him give us a BBQ class. It was a little hectic here with young children running around, but he kept it all in stride. I would definitely use Chef Joe again!

We had a great class with Chef Joe! Everyone got something out of it, whether they cook regularly or not at all. Chef Joe was very personable and friendly and took time to explain why each step in the recipes is important to the overall dishes we prepared. Everything was delicious. The kitchen space is in a great location and was nicely appointed.

We booked our cooking class through Cozymeal with Chef Joe. It was a great culinary experience in our own home! Chef Joe brought all the ingredients and showed us how to cook the meals. He has some great information on how to cook certain foods. We had a great time and would definitely book one of his classes again!
