Master Chef Joseph’s succulent breakfast egg cups laced with fresh spinach. Cook satisfying seared salmon wraps paired with an apple fennel slaw, followed by a decadent chicken and sausage jambalaya with cauliflower rice. The meal ends on a sweet note with strawberry and coconut ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I was always interested in Paleo but kind of afraid to venture forth on my own but Chef Joseph's class made me feel so much more confident and ready to try it. He is so clear and so knowledgeable and he just made it all fun and easy. The food was delicious and easy to prepare and I left the class with all kinds of tricks and tips for creating heathy meals. Thanks Chef Joseph, I feel inspired for a healthier, more delicious way forward for myself and my family!

We cooked with Chef Joseph for a team building activity and had so much fun cooking and creating together - you can really get to know someone by seeing how they cook! Thank you so much, Chef Joseph for such a delightful and delicious experience!

Chef Joseph was fantastic! Very personable and informative. We had him give us a BBQ class. It was a little hectic here with young children running around, but he kept it all in stride. I would definitely use Chef Joe again!
