We took the sushi class and learned how to do three types of rolls and hand rolls. Chef Paulo was super knowledgeable and approachable. It was a really fun experience learning how to cook the rice, cut the fish and other fillings, and learn how to roll them. We are all beginners and he helped make sure all of us were able to complete all of our rolls. I would absolutely recommend the class and chef Paulo personally

We had the very amazing time with Paulo for the cooking class. All the dishes we cooked were absolutely delicious and he was so knowledgeable and provided many helpful tips for the future.
