Great conversations and amazing food. Didn't just learn a lot of interesting bits about the recipes but about general cooking technique and Scott's many fascinating areas of interest. 100% recommended!

Our cooking experience with Chef Scott was amazing! We loved everything about it. Chef Scott is a great teacher, and a very interesting person to talk to. We learned how to make various elements of southern home cooking with simple recipes that are very approachable and so yummy! (The peach cobbler was delicious!) I feel confident that not only will we be able to duplicate these recipes in our own home, but we will absolutely sign up for more cooking classes with Chef Scott.

Scott is a talented and knowledgeable chef who always makes the best meals! He has the ability to create a wide variety of delicious food that soothes the soul as well as any appetite. Everything from vegetarian and vegan dishes to meat entrees as well has always been on point!
