After spending years honing his craft in both Italy as well as Addis Abeba, Ethiopia, Chef Luca landed in Atlanta. He has found incredible success as a personal and private chef as well as a culinary instructor who loves incorporating history into his interactive classes.

Chef Fumiko was born in Japan and learned the art of sushi making at Tokyo Sushi Academy. She is also a certified sake sommelier and a graduate of the Sake Service Institute of Japan. Chef Fumiko creates healthy, Asian-style food and believes that anyone can cook amazing food if they are willing to learn. Chef Dock was just 11 years old when he discovered his passion for the culinary arts. After working as a line cook, he managed a bustling restaurant, where he provided tasteful corporate catering services to high net-worth clients. With deep knowledge about ingredients geared toward a healthy lifestyle and memory enhancement, Chef Dock now owns a private chef and catering company, specializing in a variety of cuisines and simple, nourishing meals.

Chef Landi began his foray into the restaurant industry over 20 years ago as a server in Italy, and quickly found himself working in the kitchen, learning the skills and techniques that have been foundational to his now successful culinary career. In 2001, Chef Landi moved to the U.S. and discovered a newfound passion for teaching. Now, he is both a chef at an Argentinian steakhouse and a lauded culinary instructor.

Being proud of her strong Indonesian heritage is a big part of who Chef Titik is. The chef's hope is to impart a passion for food on others so they can learn more about cooking and enjoy meals that always taste incredible, from Indonesian fare to Italian and Indian. Chef Titik's culinary background is peppered with achievements, including graduating with honors from the Art Institute of California with degrees in culinary art, and baking and pastry art.

With a solid background in the culinary industry, Chef Li's cooking expertise has taken her around the world. While previously living in Singapore, Chef Li led private and corporate events as a culinary instructor. Now, back in the U.S., she looks forward to sharing her authentic, international cooking styles and techniques. Chef Li prides herself on her ability to make Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisine simple and fun to cook!

Chef Megan is a classically trained culinarian and an ardent gastronome who brings more than a decade of professional culinary experience to the table as a chef, recipe developer, cooking class instructor and beyond. Chef Megan is currently developing her own cooking show and also serves as the sous chef of a local food truck that focuses on scratch-made fare from quality-sourced ingredients.

Latin American cuisine is what Chef Gustavo is all about. As the owner and executive chef of Rumba Café in Adams Morgan for 20 years, he understands this cuisine more than anything else. He draws his inspiration from his own travels through Latin America, the Caribbean, France, Spain and more. He studied at L’ Academie de Cuisine and is knowledgeable in French cuisine as well. He is available to teach classes in both English and Spanish.

Chef Made Master is a renowned sushi chef known for creating stunningly beautiful and flavorful plates of sushi. He has gained experience in a number of sushi restaurants across the country, beginning as a sushi helper and working his way up to his currently coveted role of head sushi chef. His calming, yet energetic demeanor makes him an outstanding host to a number of memorable cooking classes and culinary experiences.

After graduating culinary school and completing an immersive internship in Italian culture and cuisine in Umbria, Chef Daniel landed a job as a sous chef where he was able to learn from and partner with Iron Chef Jose Garces. For the past five years, Chef Daniel has been the go-to chef for six eateries that are part of a restaurant group that has helped transform a once desolate neighborhood into a modern and trendy village.

Chef Washington shares his talents as a trained chef with aspiring cooks of all ages and skill levels. His experience in the culinary industry ranges from roles in hotels and restaurants, as well as years spent in middle school education. Being able to combine his passions for food and teaching brings him immense joy. With Chef Washington in the kitchen, everyone is in for a real gourmet treat!

This method, along with his extensive experience as a culinary instructor, chef trainer and former restaurant owner who has earned three stars from Seattle Times, proves Chef Shinya's classes will be extraordinary.
