Journey to the South of France in this team building culinary experience with Chef David.
In this hands-on team building class with Chef David, you and your team will explore the best of Southern French-style cuisine as you work together to prepare an authentic four-course French menu.
You and your team will begin by learning the art of making a classic fougasse bread. Next, you will make a salade niçoise, as well as a dish with a pizza-like crust, sweet onions, anchovies, and niçoise olives. For dessert, you and your team will finish up by preparing and enjoying a clafoutis with seasonal berries together.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef David has had a passion for cooking for most of his life. Born in Tunisia and raised in France, Chef David discovered his love for the culinary lifestyle at the age of 14. He attended the International Culinary Center in New York City. With studies in Italy and France, he was able to learn the best from the best, including Chef Gualtiero Marchesi and more Michelin star chefs. Now he is ready to share his knowledge and passion.
