Team Building Activity - Formal French Fares

What You’ll Do

Don't let the fanciness of formal French cooking deter you from experiencing a surprisingly simple cuisine.

In this hands-on team building class with Chef David, you and your team will explore the beauty of French cuisine as you work together to prepare a remarkable three-course French meal.

Chef David will begin by guiding you and your team in the preparation of a stove top smoked blue fish rillette complete with grilled croutons. Then, you will move onto a roulade de boeuf with spinach, parmesan, roasted garlic, blanched string beans, shallots, and red wine sauce. For dessert, a small mini tart topped with fresh seasonal fruit.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

He attended the International Culinary Center in New York City. With studies in Italy and France, he was able to learn the best from the best, including Chef Gualtiero Marchesi and more Michelin star chefs. Now he is ready to share his knowledge and passion.

Chef David is simply the best. He’s such a creative chef with a chill personality and the food was incredible. I got this gift for my boyfriends birthday and there were two other people in the class, but it still felt intimate enough. Will definitely be booking another class!

Learning to cook a French meal with David was truly a wonderful night. I enjoyed the relaxed and welcoming environment, music, great teaching, and delicious food.
