Team Building Activity - Flavor Forward Italian

What You’ll Do

Learn to build the big flavors of Italian cuisine as a team using simple ingredients.

In this hands-on team building class with Chef David, you and your team will work together to prepare an impressive three-course Italian feast.

You will begin by creating an arugula salad complete with stove top cherry tomatoes, a black olive vinaigrette, and sliced parmesan. Next, you will prepare tortelloni with fresh ricotta, spinach, egg yolk, brown butter and parmesan. Lastly, you and your team will get to experience the beauty of one of Italy's best desserts: a sweet and simple zabaglione topped with fresh seasonal berries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef David has had a passion for cooking for most of his life. Born in Tunisia and raised in France, Chef David discovered his love for the culinary lifestyle at the age of 14. He attended the International Culinary Center in New York City. With studies in Italy and France, he was able to learn the best from the best, including Chef Gualtiero Marchesi and more Michelin star chefs. Now he is ready to share his knowledge and passion.

Chef David was organized, patient, and knowledgeable! We had a group of 11 and he had a job for us all at all times - and the food was delicious! Rave reviews from the group!

Our team had a wonderful time. The menu was simple but delicious. The whole process was well organized and the event was well timed and planned. The location was open but also intimate. Our team had so much fun cooking with Chef David.

Chef David was really skilled at making sure everyone was involved, enjoying the experience to the fullest, and learning along the way. The food, space, and the extra touches were all really nice. I would definitely recommend!
