WHAT YOU’LL DO

Explore three regions of Italy with your team in this hands-on team building experience!
In this hands-on team building class, Chef Sydney will be your guide as you and your team journey through Italy and explore the quintessential dishes of different regions.

Your team will begin in Tuscany as you work together to turn stale croutons into panzanella with the help of ripe tomatoes and garden-fresh herbs. Next, you’ll venture to Sicily to make a famous pistachio pizza. Your team will finish by putting a twist on a dessert from Campania as you work together to turn classic spumoni into an elegant, layered dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Your Menu

Tuscan Panzanella
With croutons, tomato, cucumber, capers and fresh herbs
Sicilian Pistachio Pizza
With pistachio pesto, mozzarella, ham and arugula
Spumoni Mousse
With chocolate mousse, pistachio cream and a maraschino cherry
