What You’ll Do

Create an extravagantly elegant French feast with your colleagues in this hands-on team building class.

In this hands-on class, Chef Kathy will guide you and your team in creating a seriously impressive, classy, and classic French feast.

You and your team will work your way through a three-course menu including a twice baked soufflГ© that you can watch together as it puffs brilliantly to life. The main course will feature a melt-in-your-mouth poached salmon served with thin French-style green beans. For dessert, an irresistible and beautiful apple tart with a smooth filling balanced by a perfectly crunchy authentic French topping.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Twelve years into her culinary career, Chef Kathy made a drastic shift and left the professional kitchen for nearly 20 years. After a fruitful career, she returned to her passion: the kitchen classroom, where she embraced how food nourishes our bodies, souls, and spirits. Upon completing the Master of Italian Cuisine at the ICI in Italy, she began teaching Italian cuisine to budding chefs in inspiring and engaging classes.
