Team Building Activity - The Ultimate Taco Battle - Las Vegas

A friend and I booked a flambé class through Cozymeal with Chef Emmanuelle, and the evening instantly became a highlight of our Las Vegas weekend. We are both experienced cooks, but still left with some great insights on how to improve our cooking. Chef Emmanuelle takes the fussiness out of cooking, and makes it simple yet sophisticated. We had a blast and had a great time chatting with her after we finished cooking - she has a wealth of information and clearly loves sharing her passion with her guests.

We had an incredible experience in the cooking class with Chef Emmanuelle! Isabel, Annette, and Juan all left the class feeling inspired, full, and genuinely impressed. Chef Emmanuelle’s teaching skills are exceptional—she explains each step clearly, keeps the class engaging, and makes even complex techniques feel approachable. Her passion for cooking really shines through, and she creates such a warm and welcoming environment for everyone. The menu was absolutely delicious. The fiery scampi had the perfect balance of heat and flavor, and the seafood medley was fresh, beautifully prepared, and incredibly satisfying. We also loved learning how to make fettuccine pasta from scratch—it was such a fun and rewarding experience, and Chef guided us through it with patience and expertise. Every dish we made tasted like something from a high-end restaurant. We would highly recommend this class to friends and anyone looking to sharpen their cooking skills while having a great time. We’re already looking forward to taking more classes with Chef Emmanuelle in the future!

10 out of 10 experience that I highly recommend! We attended the Italian class with the bruschetta, chicken marsala, mushroom risotto and tiramisu . The food was delicious and it was so fun cooking it! Emmanuelle was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave excellent cooking tips and we had leftovers! I will for sure be back for another lesson to learn a new cuisine!

What a memorable and amazing experience! My husband and I have always wanted to take a cooking class and Chef Emmanuelle was the perfect fit for us! We had so many questions and learned so much and Chef was so patient and enjoyed the laughs with us. She was extremely organized and clean!! An absolute must!

Had a phenomenal evening. Learned so much about cooking pasta but also knife safety and equipment maintenance. Chef Emma makes cooking easy, fun, delicious, nutritious, and easy to replicate at home. Such a fun and unique experience! This was just for my partner and me, so we went to the chef’s studio/home. The space was incredibly inviting, clean, and well-kept. Not only was the food absolutely perfect, but she really went out of her way to make the entire experience feel special. She took the time to explain the dishes, sat down and talked with us, and made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable throughout the evening. It was such a personal and memorable experience, and we’d absolutely recommend it to others. We left the with a new knowledge of not just vegan food, but upscale dishes and preparations. Also very LGBTQIA+ friendly, which made us feel even more at ease and welcome!

Chef Emmanuel was very welcoming and friendly. Her house was set up very well and we appreciated her guidance through her cooking method and logic. We will be making our own pasta at home now.

We had a fantastic cooking experience with Chef Emma!! I’ve been cooking vegan meals for many years and was hoping to learn new techniques or tips as our family did this class - I was definitely not disappointed! She shared wonderful instruction on customizing the food to our liking, and she gave several suggestions for vegan ingredient staples to add to our pantry. To top it all off she created such a wonderful, relaxed environment for us to cook in and enjoy the experience. My kids especially felt encouraged to try some new customizations for their creations, and they both appreciated the tips she gave that apply not only to what we prepared, but to all cooking situations. We unanimously recommend taking a class with Chef Emma!!

Truly a wonderful experience. Chef was so kind and knowledgeable. She shared a lot of tips that were very useful as well. The welcoming environment and so much fun.

We made bread and crepes. We learned how to make sure the pan used for the crepes was really hot by putting some oil in it and then using the end of a wooden spoon to see if the oil would try to fry the spoon. Once that happened it was ready for the crepe batter. It was a lot of fun and she was very engaging and helpful.

We had an amazing time learning to cook pasta! She taught us three ways press the pasta from the pasta machine, penne, and others. It was so fun! We even made tiramisu first and let that chill before the pasta making.

It was our first experience attending a cooking class. We had a great time and learned few cooking tips.

We wanted to share how much we enjoyed the class with Chef Emmanuelle. Emma was a fantastic teacher! She guided us through baking fresh bread and crêpes. We highly recommend Chef Emma and would certainly attend her class again.

We did the pizza making class and had an absolute blast! Chef Emma was an exceptional host and we can't wait to book another class with her. She was so kind, fun, and went into detail explaining the techniques for making the dough and we can't wait to try it at home! The ingredients were fresh and well organized and we enjoyed the other courses as well. Can't recommend Chef Emma enough!

We learned to cook Indian curry and naan bread. What a great experience. Chef Emmanuella was super knowledgeable and helpful. She gave advice but also allowed us freedom to make the dish our own. Adding whichever spices we wanted. While we were waiting for other guests to arrive she taught us proper knife skills and cutting techniques. She kept our attention and allowed us to be the chefs. Our experience was very pleasant.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Crepes & Bread making class...Chef Emma provided many helpful hints and took away the intimidation factor. The class was small and we had some extra time while waiting for the bread, so Chef took the time to teach us a few other handy techniques. Will definitely be booking another call with her!

Today we made very delicious Mediterranean food. It was a lovely cozy atmosphere. Chef Emmanuelle is so nice and was able to tailor the experience to our own comfortability with cooking. We enjoyed every step of the cooking process. We wore aprons and hats and our chef had many ingredients prepared to allow for a smooth cooking experience. Would love to do this again sometime!

My favorite part of the class was running the dough through the pasta thingy. One important thing I learned - how to properly crack open an egg. :)

Chef Emanuelle is amazing; her home, setting and the whole environment alone is 10 stars!! She is very knowledgeable and cooks delicious. I don't cook at all, and I felt like super woman because she was so patient, and nice to all of us. Great teacher! Highly recommend her! If I could give her 10 stars, I would!!

One of the best family events I have had in a very long time. We went with my son and his wife, and it was reminiscent of taking the kids to Disney Land. Chef Emmanuelle guided us, yet made it fun. All four of us learned so much from her. The food was great, and the company was even better. Chef Emmanuelle shares her passion and her skills. What an awesome class! Chef Emmanuelle is passionate about preparing healthy, yet simple and tasty food. She was encouraging and always willing to answer questions.
