In this team building class, Chef Danielle shares her Southern California sensibilities and passion for seasonal ingredients and culinary innovation. Delicious meals with a healthy twist are at the heart of her New American cooking mission.

Indulge with your colleagues this season in a sensational espresso rubbed tri-tip roast. You and your team will prepare a bountiful three-course festive meal to include a healthy yet tantalizing first course. Learn to scallop potatoes like a professional and uncover the secrets of a satisfyingly, decadent dessert with a modern pumpkin pie or remastered apple cheesecake. You will gain the confidence to recreate these dishes in your own home and improvise the recipes with seasonal produce as the seasons change throughout the year.

This girl is my absolute favorite! She is incredibly real and inspiring, loves food, loves people, loves her family. On top of that her food is so delicious, I was just supposed to try a bite at one point and I almost licked the plate. If you never do another class do her class. She's amazing.
