Create a delectable table spread through shared effort and fun.
Gather your team for an immersive experience centered around confidence, culinary skills and camaraderie. They'll work with a world-class chef to harness specialized techniques to craft gourmet dishes in the theme of a luxury steakhouse. From seasoning and searing meat to balancing flavors for tempting sides, they'll be well on their way to culinary mastery.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a wonderful time! the Instructor was great and taught us everything step by step would definitely take another class!

It wasn’t one of the best food workshops I have attended. Working in groups of 4 on only one station is not appealing especially when you team random people. The food quantity was definitely not enough for 4 people and once we made the food we were told to put it aside and not eat because we were rushed onto the next dish. Finally, I did not feel the chef was accommodating or even trying to be. We asked to split our sauce into half with bacon and half without which would have been super easy to do simply bringing another pan which he claimed to not have while clearly behind us there was a wall full of pots and pans. Nice idea. Not as great of an execution. We won’t be back.

“Baking Fun For The Whole Family” was so much fun with Chef Sofia! Good beginner hands on experience, not too advanced but just right!

Thought it would be more hands on. Most items were pre cut and peeled, mostly we just added the items and mixed them. Class only lasted about 1 hr. 45 min.

Was fantastic, our teens also had a great time, and we learned some valuable tips and tricks. Plus, the dreaded caramel, which I had previously burned on more than one occasion. Our chef was excellent!

The Chef wasn’t Gus, but the woman who did lead the class was great. She was super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She was also engaging and authoritative, which is always appreciated in an educational environment. Will definitely be taking more classes.

Chef Stevie was amazing. Super knowledgeable, encouraging, and the food turned out really good! We ended up needing to get a midnight snack after, but a lot of other people in the class seemed to have leftovers -- it's a good amount of food, but if you're really hungry, you'll want more.

Not a good experience. I paid for 2 people. The staff only prepared for a serving of 1. One steak for two and we had to share peas, pasta, cheese, etc with another attendee from a different party. 3 people shared for a serving of one! The staff told me that we were supposed to share with another attendee. I told her no, I paid for two people, why are we sharing with different party with a serving of one?! The staff finally but reluctantly gave me my own steak and other food portions along with our own station. The staff didn’t offer any drinks nor water with our service. In addition, the service didn’t offer any chairs to sit down. We stood up for almost 3 hrs! I’m young but my mom is 60 and everyone else in attendance was also older. We had to ask for a chair when we got done cooking. Lastly the chef was also very high strung and you can tell she didn’t want to teach the class. My mom was visiting LA for the first time and it was supposed to be a fun experience. Two stars because the food did taste great and good quality. However I wouldn’t recommend this service. I’ve been to better for less. ?

Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry, and enjoying coconut rice afterwards, in a group of 12. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.

The class was easy to follow, and I feel the recipes will be easy to replicate at home. This class should be 3 hrs long, not 2. The dough didn't have enough time to rise and didn't have enough time to bake. My focaccia bread wound up burning because the instructor was moving on with the class and the bread didn't get out of the oven fast enough.

Overall, the class was really fun! In a way I wish it was a tiny bit more challenging. It felt like we did a few knife cuts, then took a break and then cooked a bit before eating. All in all, I wish it had been a bit more difficult or ""fast"" pace wise. The food we made was really good, except for the pad thai which was disappointing. Also would be super nice to make a dessert!"

Overall very informative. Adult only class would be a nice option.. Chef had amazing experience, very informative and knowledgeable. Should have a 5 min late policy. Late guests distracting. Would have liked a little quicker pace. Overall Very great seat up. Definitely an experience.

Over the years, he transitioned into diverse culinary styles, with a focus on French techniques. Currently residing in Los Angeles, Chef Gus is dedicated to sharing his culinary wisdom with students, drawn from his extensive hands-on experience in the culinary world.
