Groups gather in the kitchen to learn the secrets for crafting a selection of delicious dishes that require a hearty helping of cooperation. They'll master fundamental kitchen skills while preparing dishes filled with fresh flavor. Some of the possibilities include handmade pasta with thoughtful Italian sides and hush puppies surrounded by Louisiana favorites.

The class was awesome. I can't remember the name of the chef that was actually teaching the class, but I'm guessing it was the resident chef. Either way, my wife and I had a great time learning about making pasta from scratch. It was much simpler than we realized and tasted great. We ended up getting the hand crank pasta maker after the class and are super excited to make our own pasta in the future.

I think the chef was a little unprepared and disorganized. Also, the chef should circulate through the class more to make sure everyone gets some 1 on 1 time with the instructor. Course was kind of expensive for what little it covered.

The food came out great. I felt the whole experience was very rushed. I did not like sharing a station and ingredients with another couple, especially since there were four stations in the kitchen, and only three couples and we were all crowded around 2 stations. This setup also prevented us from being able to perform all the techniques.

Yes, was a fun class. Chef was wonderful and great personality and his assistant was nice and accommodating too. Loved the recipes and learning to build & cook them with my friends. Would highly Suggest to have POTHOLDERS available for safety when we are grabbing the HOT Pan handles while cooking- several of us had quite the shock of grabbing a HOT handle with no potholders available.~ especially when itвЂ™s connected to a Kitchen StoreвЂ¦? Thanks for teaching me a bit of Chinese cooking ??

Chef Chris was a lot of fun and informative during our class. He made us feel relaxed and gave us tips on how to prepare and cook our meal. My girlfriends and I felt the experience was great!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with this cooking class and had so much fun! Would have been better with a little wine or champagne but it was great. We've already made a few of the dishes!!

This was a fun and wonderful class. The recipes were delicious . Chef Chris was a true professional chef. She gave little inside tips, was very good at explaining the recipes. I would take another class with Chef Chris!

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!
