What You’ll Do

Put your team to the test as they create delectable appetizers and incredible mocktails from scratch.

Engage your team with a thrilling team building cooking competition for a fun on-site activity. Chef Jenn will come to you and guide your crew through making mouthwatering mocktails and hors d'oeuvres for an elevated happy hour menu.

Begin with a demonstration on how to blend booze-free botanicals for mood-boosting mocktails. Then, break your team into smaller groups for healthy competition as you get to preparing your appetizers, such as filo dough filled with goat cheese and vegetables, calzones with homemade pizza dough and pan-roasted peaches with whipped ricotta.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a fantastic night with Chef Jenn and her Dumpling cooking class. Great conversation, lots of knowledge, fun and a delicious meal at the end of it. We will be looking at doing another class in the future for sure!

Chef Jenn was fabulous - she was fun and taught us a great deal about cooking clean and making "mock" meals such as "mock crabcakes" made with hearts of palm...crazy delicious!! Thank you Chef Jenn.
