Craft three courses of authentic Mexican cuisine in this team building fiesta with Chef Dos.

In this team building cooking class, Chef Dos will teach you professional culinary techniques to elevate your cooking. Learn about traditional Mexican cuisine while making classic dishes from scratch.

Begin with a quintessential appetizer of homemade tortilla chips with freshly prepared guacamole and salsa. Next, Chef Dos will show you how to make tortillas by hand to use as the base for your vibrant chicken enchiladas enrobed in a bright tomatillo sauce. Spanish rice and black beans accompany the main course with a fun, tropical dessert to round out the meal.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Class FAR exceeded our expectations! Chef Dos was phenomenal and knowledgeable. Came prepared with EVERYTHING needed for the class. Taught us how to repurpose the dough and make 4 or 5 different recipes that will go into heavy rotation in our home. This class was worth every penny and will hopefully book more! Thanks Chef Dos!

Chef Dos was our first CozyMeal experience and he did not disappoint! The food was outstanding, he made the recipe easy to understand, and the company was even better. Lots of laughs, and leftovers! 10/10 recommend and we will definitely book again!
