Discover traditional tapas fare popular around the world.

Join Chef Greg for a hands-on team building cooking class exploring a menu brimming with tapas, or small plates, enjoyed around the globe. Hone your kitchen skills together as you cook with Chef Greg as your guide.

You'll prepare traditional Peruvian empanadas with beef, olives and raisins. Next we'll make pan con tomate, or Spanish-style bruschetta, and a tortilla EspaГ±ol - a Spanish style omelette brimming with confit potatoes and caramelized onions. Last we'll make tuna poke with tamari, sesame, and scallions on prawn crackers.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

Great Experience for the team. Food is fantastic. Chef is very flexible on rescheduling etc. We will probably do it again.
