Bring your team to the kitchen for a lesson in vegetarian tapas in this hands-on team building cooking class with Chef Daniel! He'll demonstrate the techniques for preparing small plates from all around the world.
First, you'll create a seasonal soup using fresh vegetables and a variety of Argentinian empanadas filled with spinach, vegetables and cheese. You'll also create fritters featuring peas, za'atar and feta cheese, a Spanish tortilla filled with Swiss chard and typical Argentinian tea sandwiches prepared with a variety of savory fillings.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Originally from Argentina, with its own special mix of cultures, Chef Daniel has lived in Los Angeles for the past 35 years where he has been exposed to its rich diversity of cuisines. This wide range of experiences influences and informs his food on a daily basis, enabling him to borrow ingredients and techniques from one another. Chef Daniel aims to teach fundamentals to his students, so they need not rely on recipes.
