In this hands-on class with Chef Jared, you will learn how to prepare a traditional roast duck dinner that draws inspiration from the ingredients, flavor profiles and cooking techniques of China and beyond.

Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to mastering in this class with Chef Jared include pan-fried dumplings with crispy shallots and chili oil, crispy egg rolls with a tangy chili sauce, a soul-warming roast duck with Chinese broccoli, cucumber and fresh steam buns, and perfectly sweet orange blossom cookies for dessert.
