Whether you're spending this Thanksgiving with family or friends, this class will teach you how to make traditional dishes that will impress the group.

Chef Phoebe will guide you in the creation of a four-course Thanksgiving feast that features the old favorites, from green beans to turkey to nontraditional stuffing made with butternut squash and gouda. You will also create cheddar straws and bacon-wrapped dates as appetizers, plus pumpkin pie cheesecake for dessert. This is sure to be the Thanksgiving meal of a lifetime!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Phoebe grew up in a food-focused New England family where she began cooking at age 7. Her formal education includes studying French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and at the Culinary Institute of America. She then moved to the Bay Area and started her own personal chef service. Chef Phoebe has cooked for presidential candidates, foreign leaders, and other international figures, and enjoys sharing her love of food through cooking classes.
