Team Building - Making Pizza by Hand

Chef Andy and Team were great as always! This was our second time holding a professional team building event for professional leaders. Chef was great about making any necessary accommodations and made the experience fun. Everyone had a blast and the food was great.

I recently coordinated and attended a corporate pizza making class with Chef Andy and his team, and it was great! As a host, Chef Andy was exceptional. His warmth, enthusiasm, and sense of humor created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere that kept us entertained throughout the class. He tailored the experience to suit our dietary needs and culinary preferences, ensuring that everyone felt included and could fully participate. Chef Andy's expertise in pizza making was incredibly impressive. He adjusted his teaching style to accommodate various skill levels, making sure everyone could grasp the techniques and get hands-on with the process. I highly recommend Chef Andy and his team for any corporate or private cooking event. Their exceptional hosting skills, accommodation, and culinary expertise make for an unforgettable experience.

Chef Andy was fantastic and our group had a wonderful time experiencing the Pizza-making course. Chef Andy was very personable and funny. He made it easy for our professional, corporate team of 8 to let our walls down and enjoy ourselves. Chef Andy identified who had experience and who did not, and paired us accordingly. It was a great opportunity to not only learn culinary skills, but also to bond with our colleagues. The course had an array of nice ingredients. and Chef Andy walked us through the techniques and skills we would need to prepare the ingredients and make the pizza. Though a fun course, Chef Andy made safety a top priority as he taught us basic knife and culinary skills. Chef Andy's sous chef was also very well prepared and kind to our whole group. They made us feel comfortable to ask questions and have fun. The venue and demo kitchen were well equipped and suited for this course. We would certainly do a cooking course with Chef Andy again, and will be recommending his courses to our department for future outings! Thank you Chef Andy!

Five stars is not enough. Chef Andy and Chef Coco gave us a wonderful experience from start to finish. They came to our home and taught us how to prepare an absolutely amazing Mexican meal, and everything about the evening exceeded our expectations. They were warm, friendly, very instructive and fund. They made the cooking process feel approachable, fun, and memorable. What really stood out was how they combined great teaching with genuine friendless and a desire to teach. We learned a lot, ate an incredible meal, and truly enjoyed having them in our home. Remarkably, they even left our kitchen cleaner than it was when they arrived. I would highly recommend Chef Andy and Chef Coco to anyone looking for a special, delicious, and well-run private cooking experience.

We had a wonderful experience hiring Chef Andy and his sous chef Coco for a private dinner in our home. The meal was absolutely fantastic- beautifully presented and delicious from start to finish. Andy and Coco were professional, organized, and made the entire evening feel effortless and fun. They handled everything seamlessly and even left the kitchen spotless. Chef Andy and this class were amazing. We learned really useful knife skills and received great instruction on how to roll sushi. To add, the end-product was amazing, and we will certainly be trying this out ourselves. He is a great person and made the class a blast.

Date night with my boyfriend and Chef Cocoa was a lovely experience. I gifted him this Cozymeal sushi class, and we had so much fun prepping and rolling sushi. It turned into a very filling dinner — we even had to take some to go. The class was well organized and easy to follow, with a great group of people. The ambiance at Chef Andy’s place was great, plus easy parking. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend :)

We had a wonderful evening making bruschetta, risotto, chicken marsala, and tiramisu. We learned some tips for getting the right texture for the risotto, got a refresher on correctly searing chicken, and made tiramisu for the first time.

We had wonderful Bruscetta with Chicken Masala and Risotto, followed by Tiramisu. Chef Coco was our chef and she was absolutely TREMENDOUS. Cannot recommend this enough!
