Team Building Activity - A Feast From the Sea - La Jolla

What You’ll Do

Gather your team and learn how to cook a delightfully fresh seafood-based meal with Chef V.

At its best, seafood is light, bright, and bursting with flavor. In this hands-on class, your team will work with Chef V to craft a striking meal highlighted by colorful fish and vegetables.

You and your colleagues will begin by preparing warm olives drizzled in orange and fragrant oils, then you'll create a comforting butternut squash soup. As you might expect, the main course is fish, which is cooked with a delicate balance of citrus, bay leaf, and lemon-infused oils and served alongside charred asparagus and roasted sweet potatoes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
