Team Building Activity - Italian Style Surf and Turf

What You’ll Do

Get ready to discover an incredible Italian style surf-and-turf menu with your team!

In this hands-on team building class with Chef Soren, you and your team will work together as you learn how to prepare a three-course Italian menu completely from scratch.

Chef Soren will begin by teaching you and your colleagues the secret to preparing risotto studded with fresh seafood, pancetta, and sweet peas to perfection. Then, you'll work together and discover how simple it can be to handcraft silky ribbons of fettuccine, which will serve as the bed for beef short ribs and seasonal vegetables, before ending with zabaglione for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Soren was awesome! We had a double date night and couldn't have asked for a better time! The menu we cooked was "A Twist on American Classics" and the food was absolutely incredible! Great atmosphere and space, awesome music, thorough instruction, clean environment.. just a wonderful evening!! Will definitely book again, highly recommend!
