What You’ll Do

Create flavorsome Thai dishes with fresh and exotic ingredients while building team spirit.

Chef Veronica draws upon her culinary knowledge to take your team on an incredible journey through culinary Thailand.

In this four-course team building class, you will work together on important skills that go beyond the kitchen. While learning culinary techniques by creating staples from Thai cuisine, you will also build cooperation skills. To start, you'll create scallion cilantro pancakes from scratch, followed by a fresh and crunchy Thai cabbage salad. The star of the class is cod marinated with cilantro and lime and surrounded by a luscious coconut milk broth. End on a sweet note with mango rice pudding.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

AMAZING!! Chef Veronica was very warm, welcoming and did an excellent job explaining the ingredients and gave us many insightful "chef's secrets" for making a truly authentic Italian dish! Cannot recommend this course with her highly enough!

We had a wonderful time learning about and cooking authentic Mexican cuisine with Chef Veronica. Her inviting home & warm nature enhanced the experience to be more than just a cooking class. She went above and beyond, teaching us about ingredients, techniques, and answering our many questions. The food was delicious and we would highly recommend Chef Veronica’s class to anyone wanting a fun day with friends, a unique date, or just a memorable experience. Thank you Chef Veronica for making our girls’ trip so special!

Chef Veronica was so great! I picked her because of her amazing reviews, and she did not disappoint! She was even able to give me some wine recommendations to bring for the meal, which was great because we got to try some new wines we hadn’t heard of before and they were so good! This Chef is very knowledgeable of cuisines and does more than just teaches you the cooking methods, you also learn about the history of the foods, where they come from, and why we prepare them the way we do. Loving to cook at home, we wanted a class that would teach us more about the cuisines than just how to combine preprepped ingredients in a pan. It was a great experience and I highly recommend booking this Chef for your cooking class experience!
