The Atlas pasta roller will roll out sheets of dough up to 180 millimeters wide and 0.6 to 4.8 millimeters thick. Roll out thinner dough for a nice carbonara or cacio e pepe recipe, or make thicker strands of dough to serve with a spicy tomato or a creamy chicken and mushroom sauce. Make sure to clean your Atlas 180 pasta machine after every use by simply wiping it clean with a dry cloth or brush.
