Heat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a medium-sized rectangular baking dish. Gather all ingredients.
Measure 4 cups of cooked short grain rice. Mix together rice vinegar, sugar and salt and heat in a small saucepan or in the microwave until the salt and sugar is dissolved. While the rice is still warm, mix the rice with the vinegar until evenly coated. Immediately press the rice evenly into the pan to cover the bottom. Let it cool a few minutes when you prepare the crab.
Mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise and Sriracha until smooth. Fold in the imitation crab and 2 tablespoons of the chopped green onions.
Top the rice with 2 tablespoons of furikake. Then, evenly layer the avocado slices on top of the rice.
Next, layer the crab on top of the avocado and gently press down.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until lightly golden and bubbling. Top the sushi bake with soy sauce, Sriracha and the last 2 tablespoons each of furikake and green onions.
Scoop and serve on top of nori sheets.
