Measure and prep all ingredients. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Marinate the chicken. In a large bowl or large plastic zip-top bag, combine the ¼ cup of the barbecue sauce and the boneless skinless breast until the chicken is coated. Use right away or marinate in the refrigerator for one hour to overnight.
Grill the marinated chicken on each side for 8 minutes, for a total of 16 minutes. Remove the cooked chicken and let it rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, use a spatula to combine the chopped cucumber, red onion, green onion, cilantro, Greek yogurt, barbecue sauce, lime juice, salt and garlic powder.
Using two forks or hands, shred the chicken.
Add the shredded chicken to the mixing bowl. Mix the BBQ chicken salad until combined.
Serve as a main dish by pairing it with bread or lettuce or serve as a side. Enjoy!
