A curated Spanish dinner of sizzling seafood, fire-kissed ribeye and Basque cheesecake.

Enjoy the bold, fire-kissed flavors of Spain with a private chef experience led by Chef Juan. From sizzling gambas al ajillo to a perfectly seared Castilian ribeye, every course captures the spirit of Spanish cooking at its most generous and vibrant.

 

The evening opens with classic garlic shrimp before moving into a Castilian ribeye with rosemary butter and roasted asparagus alongside crispy patatas bravas with homemade alioli and Pimentón de la Vera. A velvety Basque cheesecake closes the evening with just the right touch of richness. Book this experience and bring the flavors of Spain to your table.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
