Indulge in this contemporary private chef experience led by Chef Juan. Each course moves between contrasting textures and flavors – bright and citrus-forward to open, rich and deeply savory at the center, and indulgently sweet to close.

 

The evening begins with ahi tuna crudo with citrus, avocado and chili oil, before moving into a coffee-rubbed ribeye served alongside truffle potato purée and charred asparagus. The meal closes with a dark chocolate tart finished with sea salt – precise, elegant and memorable. Book this experience and enjoy restaurant-quality dining from the comfort of home. 

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
